Level 30 in The Division is the last Character level a player can reach. As You Max to level 30 the Dark Zone mechanics will change and will have no level-segments which mean the area will be repopulated with new enemies with higher challenges and danger. This Guide will help you build the best and the highest weapon DPS to take on and rule in the Division.
Now as you know that Level 30 is maxed and every player is going to reach there someday as it takes hardly 15 hours of gameplay to reach there. It's better to gear up with getting stronger by increasing the Total Gear score. Visit the Dark Zone Vendors to grab the Top order equipment, but for that, you also need Phoenix Credits. Thanks to one of the Youtuber, Here is how you will upgrade your DPS to the Highest Level and don't forget to check our The Division Wiki Guide.
How to Get Highest DPS Build
This weapon deals 8,316 damage and fires at 650 RPM. The magazine can hold 20 bullets and it takes 2.3 seconds to reload this weapon. IT also comes in two other variants with the same stats. The variants are the FAL SA-58 and Tactical SA-58. This weapon deals 7,608 damage and fires at 900 RPM.
It’s your gear dude, that’s how it works. Check your load out and specialization to see how it’s affecting your numbers. I didn't change my gear though? I was just stood there switching between both those LMG's and the DMG numbers would keep alternating between those high/low numbers. DMG MORI is a worldwide leader of cutting machine tools for turning and milling, as well as a comprehensive supplier in additive manufacturing using powder nozzle and powder bed. DMG MORI USA - CNC machine tools for all cutting machining applications. The Division 2 Character Builds Guide will tell you weapons, talents, gear, skills, and perks you should use for DPS, Healer, Tank, and Support for PVP/PVE. It seemed wise to get a head-start on theorycrafting work in Division 2 and share some observations on how damage attributes and calculations work (for now, anyway-the game is still in beta, after all). This should all be tested again at launch, perhaps in the controlled environment of our shiny new shooting range, but hopefully it guides some working efforts.
Are you been be hunted down continuously with those high-end weapons? You don't have to worry no more as this guide will help you create and use on big high DPS Weapon, be it PVP or PVE content, damage and survivability will be a must. So let check out the requirements for a High DPS weapon.
Weapon To Use
Get an SMG that's it, regardless of which one you just get it. SMGs are one of the Top Tier DPS weapons which also has a very good accuracy and weapon mods with awesome perks.
Mods To Attach
Without any doubt, the Magazine mods are the main reason to increase your DPS drastically. So you better get an increased magazine size along with increased rate of fire as your secondary perk. If you are the Crafting guy then go for Extended Magazine Blueprint to increase your chances of giving headshots and for the rest, you can apply Either Critical Hit Damage or Critical Hit Chance.
Armor
The Gloves play an important role as an armor piece as they are able to roll base weapons damage by adding +350 damage to your gun which is the max any armor can offer. Other Armor piece and perks can focus on the critical hit damage more than the critical hit chances. Second is Mask, with Refreshed - Healing skills increased by 30% while in the last segment of hp or Rehabilitated - When under a status affect health regenerated 2% per second.

To divide larger numbers, use long division. Unlike the other Big Four operations, long division moves from left to right. For each digit in the dividend (the number you’re dividing), you complete a cycle of division, multiplication, and subtraction.
The Division Damage Number Colors
In some problems, the number at the very bottom of the problem isn’t a 0. In these cases, the answer has a remainder, which is a leftover piece that needs to be accounted for. In those cases, you write r followed by whatever number is left over.
Sample questions
- Divide 956 / 4.239. Start off by writing the problem like this:To begin, ask how many times 4 goes into 9 — that is, what’s 9 / 4? The answer is 2 (with a little left over), so write 2 directly above the 9. Now multiply 2 x 4 to get 8, place the product directly below the 9, and draw a line beneath it:Subtract 9 – 8 to get 1. (Note:After you subtract, the result should be less than the divisor (in this problem, the divisor is 4). Then bring down the next number (5) to make the new number 15.These steps are one complete cycle. To complete the problem, you just need to repeat them. Now ask how many times 4 goes into 15 — that is, what’s 15 / 4? The answer is 3 (with a little left over). So write the 3 above the 5, and then multiply 3 x 4 to get 12. Write the product under 15.Subtract 15 – 12 to get 3. Then bring down the next number (6) to make the new number 36.Another cycle is complete, so begin the next cycle by asking how many times 4 goes into 36 — that is, what’s 36 / 4? The answer this time is 9. Write down 9 above the 6, multiply 9 x 4, and place this below the 36.Now subtract 36 – 36 = 0. Because you have no more numbers to bring down, you’re finished, and the answer (that is, the quotient) is the very top number of the problem:
- Divide 3,042 / 5.608 r 2. Start off by writing the problem like this:To begin, ask how many times 5 goes into 3. The answer is 0 — because 5 doesn’t go into 3 — so write a 0 above the 3. Now you need to ask the same question using the first two digits of the divisor: How many times does 5 go into 30 — that is, what’s 30 / 5? The answer is 6, so place the 6 over the 0. Here’s how to complete the first cycle:Next, ask how many times 5 goes into 4. The answer is 0 — because 5 doesn’t go into 4 — so write a 0 above the 4. Now bring down the next number (2), to make the number 42:Ask how many times 5 goes into 42 — that is, what’s 42 / 5? The answer is 8 (with a little bit left over), so complete the cycle as follows:Because you have no more numbers to bring down, you’re finished. The answer (quotient) is at the top of the problem (you can drop the leading 0), and the remainder is at the bottom of the problem. So 3,042 / 5 = 608 with a remainder of 2. To save space, write this answer as 608 r 2.
